~ 1 bag of coleslaw
~ 1 cucumber
~ 1/2 bunch of Cilantro
~ 1 cup green onion
~ 1 head of romaine lettuce (chopped)
~ 2-3 cups of cooked chicken breast
~ 1 cup whole and slivered almonds (toasted)
~ 1 pack ramen
*Cook Chicken
*Combine cold ingredients
*Toast ramen pieces and almonds in oven at 250, for about ten minutes
Dressing -
1 pack of ramen seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tblsp sugar or sugar substitute
1 tblsp sweet chili sauce
small amount of olive oil
Toss all together in large bowl
