I came up with this the other night and it is very delicious!
3 tablespoons butter
1 & 1/2 tblspoons flour
Use this mixture to create a rue and allow to cook for just under one minute
Add 2 cups milk
Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Onion powder, dash of mustard
Then stir in about 2 cups cheese
Fully whisk till combined
Cook on med heat
While that is cooking:
Shred 3 zucchinis into a frying pan
Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Saute with water and olive oil till soft
Add to cheese sauce
Boil about 3 cups whole wheat macaroni with salt
Place in baking dish and top with cheese sauce
Adding more cheese and bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
Enjoy!

Zuccini Macaroni and Cheese
Beautiful Baked Beans
3 small cans of pork and beans
1 can of kidney beans (drained)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 can of pinto beans (drained)
8 strips of bacon
1/2 onion
3/4 of a bottle of bbq sauce
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons black-strap molasses
1 tablespoon pepper
Dash of hot sauce
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and render the fat in a pan.
The idea is not to cook the bacon just get the grease out.
Place on a paper towel and dry.
Leaving the grease in pan for later use.
Combine all other ingredients, except onion in a large bowl
Chop onion into small bits and fry in pan till tender (8-10 minutes)
Pour into bowl of bean mixture and stir
Pour bean mix into a large casserole dish
Top with bacon slices in a nice even pattern
Bake for 2 hours at 325, till dish is not soupy and bacon is nice and crispy
These are amazing and if you serve them at a barbecue,
people will faint from the goodness of the beans
