Ground Chicken Ragu

3 fresh ripe tomatoes (diced)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Italian flat leaf parsley
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sugar
1 lb ground Italian turkey sausage
1 cup ricotta cheese
Pasta of your choice (I used tricolor spiral)


Combine all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and cover:
Stir occasionally
Let cook for about 15 minutes
Brown your meat and while it is finishing start the noodles.

When sauce is finished, gently fold in ricotta cheese and let stand
Add Meat
Finally, add in your pasta and place in a nice pasta bowl or serving dish
Top with grated Parmesan cheese
This is delicious!
