Lemon Zest

~ Air Freshener Simmer 6 lemon slices and some cloves in a pan of water
~ Vegetable Enhancer Toss Lemon peel with vegetables when roasting
~ Linen Whitener Fill a large pot with water, add a few lemon slices and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add some linens. Let soak up to an hour. Remove and launder as usual.
