Melissa's Portabello Saute'

2-3 nice sized Portabello Mushrooms
3 tblsp cooking sherry
Olive Oil
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper


Wash and prepare mushrooms by cutting out the dark underside of the mushroom.
This part is often slimy and is less desired than other parts.

Slice into small pieces that are the width of the mushroom.

Add Oil to pan and give a few quick turns to coat
Add mushrooms.
Add the rest of your ingredients and saute till tender.

Wonderful addition to any pasta dish or along side a meat main dish.
