Melissa's Asian Marinade

1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Vinegar
3/4 cup sugar (or honey)
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon full of chopped garlic
1 tsp of ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper ( If you like)

Add 4-6 unfrozen chicken breasts to a gallon sized bags and pour mixture over top.
Marinate for 4 hours or over night

I also make the same thing but, take out the lemon juice and sugar and put in a about a 1 cup & 1/2 of orange juice.

Delicious with brown rice!
