Mr Conner Michael the 6 month old man!

Conner is my sweet, sweet boy
He is aquiring 3 new teeth, all at once.
He is distraght at times but, on the whole keeps a great attitude.
He is starting to eat solids and enjoys his home-made baby food very much.
It feels very surreal to do this again....
I suppose it will feel funny each time I start a new baby on the yummy, mushy, colored goo :)

Conner rolls and squirms to follow me all over the house.
It seems like if he can be near his sister or me, he is happy.
He must be within two feet of another human! That seems to be his biggest requirement.
Bella helps her little brother in EVERYTHING!
From changing diapers to holding his milk.
She told me she is a mommy too.
The only part of helping Mommy she does not care for..... is when Conner pulls her hair.
That she has no patience for :) But, who likes that ?? Now really!
As I hold my son I am reminded again and again the love our heavenly father
has lavished on us as his children.
It amazes me how that parent-child relationship is so reminiscent of God's relationship with us.
I praise God for his goodness and the joy he has given me in my dear son.

Out of the mouth of babes and infants,
you have established strength because of your foes, to still the enemy and the avenger.
(Psalms 8:2 ESV)

Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up to salvation– if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good.
(1 Peter 2:2-3 ESV)

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger,
but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
(Ephesians 6:4 ESV)
