Cous Cous, Yet Another Recipe

3 tomatoes chopped very small
1 cucmber peeled and chopped very small
1/2 bunch of green onions finley chopped
1 container of Feta Cheese crumbled
1 can of chick peas.
Salt, Pepper, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and olive oil

How To Cook Cous Cous
Use 1 and 1/2 cups of water for each  1 cups of cous cous you would like to cook.
I usually do two cups.
Boil water, then add Cous Cous and turn off burner. Cover for about 1 minute and fluff with a fork.
Move to the fridge and allow to cool.

Add in all ingredients from the list above and allow to become very cold.
Your seasonings can be increased if you like more flavor.
We love love love this recipe and sometimes eat just this for dinner.
While the rest of the country is feeling like fall...
summer heat is still going strong here!
So this tasty treat is nice because there is not alot of heat involved.
