Running In The Moment

I love when I look up to see my precious gal-pal Bella running towards me.

Lately I have been treated to more and more leg hugs followed by a "Love you the mommy"
Children are truly the jewels in our crown. Such treasures.
It is easy to get caught up in the stress of life but, we need to remind ourseves to

 BREATHE

Breathe: when you are up all night with your child,
it will give you the strength you need to comfort
Breathe: when your child willfully says no,
it will give you the moment you need to decide how to react
Breathe: when your child breaks your favorite vase,
it will give you the time to act with grace
Breathe: when your child smiles at you and says I love you,
it will give you the time to thank the Lord
Breathe: when your child comes running at you full of joy,
it will give you the time to delight and remember the moment.

Colossians 3:15-17
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body.
And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
