A Very Simple Meal My Husband Loves

Oven Baked Crispy Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts
2 Cups of seasoned bread crumbs
Your favorite creamy salad dressing (Honey mustard or Ranch)

Dip thawed chicken breasts in dressing and roll in bread crumbs
Place in greased baking dish at 350 for about one hour


Veggie Rice Medley


2 cups rice with correct amount of water
1 package tomato bouillon
Cook according to directions

In another pot, boil carrots till done
When carrots are fully cooked, chop into small pieces
Add in 1/2 cup cooked frozen peas and green onion to taste

Once rice is cooked combine all in a separate bowl and add just a dash of salt and pepper.

Serve all together with a little of the dressing you used on the side for dipping the chicken in.

Such a simple meal but, it really looks pretty all arranged on the plate.
