Country Hash Brown Casserole

We are all busy wives, mothers or new wives and sometimes a casserole can be just the thing.
It is nice to put together your dinner early in the morning and then go about your day knowing "Ahhh, one less thing to do later" So here is the start of my casserole series :)
  • 1 (2 lb.) package frozen hashbrowns
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cubed Ham

Place potatoes in a greased 9x13-in. casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix: onions, sour cream, and the soup. Pour over potaotes and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until done.
