The Breakfast Casserole Recipe

12 slices white bread
6 eggs
1 package of link sausage
2&1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese

~ Cube bread and put in a casserole dish
~ Fully cook sausage and place over bread
~ Combine eggs and milk (add salt and pepper if you like)
~ Pour over all
~ Add cheese and let sit over night in fridge

~ In the morning combine soup with 1 cup milk and pour over all
~ Bake at 325°F (160°C) uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes.

This was given to me by my mother in law
and has been a big hit where-ever
I have taken it.
One morning, my husband was having some manly man friends over
so, I made 3 casserole pans of this. They devoured all three! (Shocking!)
