Today I found 2 wonderful ideas for decorating both for New Years or a wedding.
Use a bell jar and fill it with a string of lights. I had never thought such a simple piece could be turned into something so lovely!
Or you could use a hurricane filled with ribbon & lights and create something similar.
For a table runner, you could use a 6 foot piece of tulle tied at each end with a sparkly ribbon. The effect is amazing!
