Hot Artichoke Dip


Nothing sets your holiday party mood better than appetizers!
Here is one of my favorites!
Artichoke Dip
2 cans (not marinated) artichokes, drained and quartered

1 c. mayonnaise

1 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 4 oz can of diced chilies
Pinch of garlic salt, onion salt, salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with crisp crackers for dipping. Delicious hot. (Recipe can be cut in half.)

This is reallllllly good. I've tried this, minus the green chilies...but they sound super good too.
