My Love For The Dollar Store

I confess, here and now to having a love affair with the Dollar Tree and 99cents store.
(Also, recently the Target Dollar Spot and Walmart 97cent section)
Years ago, before it was chic to shop there, I would take extra money and find fun things to buy.

Now, I look through the scores of blogs and pins on pinterest to find exciting new crafts and ideas from there.

There are so many fun supplies that you can find there

My favorites include

Muffin Tins, Cookie sheets and pie tins (All used for crafting not cooking)
Bingo Pens
Wreath forms
Inexpensive holiday candy for candle decor or wreath making
Bags and tissue paper
Hair items
LED tealights
Stamps and stickers
Soaps
Photos frames
Pom poms for kids crafts
Ribbon
Hot glue sticks
Plates, tins and dishes for spray painting and turning into cake plates.

I just can not get enough of it.
Do you want to get hooked on the Dollar Store phenomenon? Just check out

Not every project is a winner but, there are so many to choose from!
Go, run and do it.

Before I go,
Here are my two favorite scores of the day

rosette headband
fun little containers for Bella's school buddies

Ditto! I used to drag my hubby into dollar stores looking for treasures. It took him awhile, but now he enjoys it almost as much as I do. :)
