After reading dollarstorecrafts.com I was inspired to make Bella a "Modern" fairy costume.
Embelishments
Green puffs-50 cents
Ribbon $1.00
T-shirt-$1.00
Wings $1.00
Flowers (On hand at home)
Sash $1.00
2 pieces of make up for the day of $1.00 a piece
Total- $6.50
I tied up the sleeves with ribbon
Hot glued trim and flowers on.
Presto!
I will play with the sash on the day of to see how I like it.
Also, I will use a black eyeliner pen to draw swirly designs on the side of her face . Her hair will be in a bun tied with ribbon.
