We enjoyed our Easter weekend very much.
We ended it with an exciting craft on this cloudy Easter day.

Egg Carton Flowers
The basic idea is:
Take egg cartons and cut out the little four-cornered sections.
Gather your paint supplies!
Get some pipe cleaners and mini pom poms
Paint the "flowers" and allow to dry.
Insert a pipe cleaner for the stem, fold a little green pipe cleaner for a leaf and end with glueing a pom pom in the center of the flower. Presto, your kiddos have fun and pretty much think you are a hero!
What more could you want? (Plus I think it is eco-friendly)
