Melissa's Slow Cooker Pork

I made this last night and it turned out so yummy!
I just had to share my recipe.

1 pork shoulder roast
1 bottle BBQ Sauce

Place both in crock pot and cook on high for about 6 hours.

Remove Pork Roast from crock pot and drain out all liquid.
Break Roast into smaller chunks,
be sure to score meat to allow flavor of sauce "take over possession of the meat" :)

Pour into crock pot:
1 tbsp salt
1 cup raspberry jam or syrup
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp crushed garlic

Place Pork Roast back in and allow to cook for 4 more hours.

Remove pieces of Roast and shred.
You will have quite a bit of meat to use.
What I like to do is divide it into two bowls.
Shred one and package it as is.
You can use this for Enchiladas etc

Take the other one and add Fat Daddies BBQ sauce to it. This is some heavenly BBQ sauce!
It will make the best pulled pork sandwich you have ever had.

I promise!
