Easy Hummus

Super simple yet, super yummy! It is not a complete whole food but, still better for you!


2 cans of garbanzo beans
Juice of 1 lime
Salt,
Garlic ( to taste )
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup all natural yogurt (No fillers or additives and purchase whole fat)
1/4 olive oil


Place all ingredients and blend in the food processor.
Add more olive oil or yogurt if the mix is too thick.

This is great with fresh veggies or tortillas that you crisp in the oven.
I do not recommend serving it with crackers as there are so many binders and fillers that they are not the best choice for you.
