I love my homemade Chinese food :) Yum Yum!
3 Zucchini whole chopped into cubes
6 mushrooms chopped into small pieces
1 cup of mung bean sprouts
2 chicken breasts (Chopped into small pieces)
Sauce:
Spicy Oyster Sauce (Or you could use Hoisin Sauce instead)
Soy Sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Cayenne Pepper
Sugar
Cornstarch
Measure all these to taste and combine in a bowl
Cook the chicken in garlic and salt till done.
In the wok, swirl oil and add veggies and some water.
Cook until mostly done.
Add sauce and cooked chicken
Cook till thick
Stir in about 1/2 cup cashews and serve over rice.
This is delicious
and similar to Kung Pao Chicken or Cashew Chicken that you order in your favorite Chinese Cafe
