Top Ten Songs Of All Time Installment 2

I now present to you
The Only Living Boy In New York
Written by Paul Simon

Originally written as a musical finger-wagging correction to Art Garfunkel.
I have read, he flew to Mexico to be in a movie and left Paul in New York.
They recorded this song in an echo chamber and multi tracked it from there.
What we get, is an amazing color of sound!
From the first moment the guitar gently walks in,  my mind is hooked.
The gently, rolling feel of the song and soft vocals by S and G.
Oh my, you have perfection!
Combine this with the echoing chorus of S and G vocals
and the lulling, folksy "da da da da" intro to the end of the verses and you have musical magic.
Simon and Garfunkel are one of my favorite musical combos to listen to.
Paul Simon was a incredible, raw composer.
Taking the mundane and adding the warm glow of music to it.
Please enjoy my next addition to the musical hall of fame.
