Introduction
My dear husband and I exist, thrive, love and give on a very limited budget.
Without sharing numbers, it is well below what is considered the poverty level in America.
This term above has always made me smile.
What is one man's poverty is another man's high-life.
It is all in what type of glasses we choose to put on.
In the end, eternity is what matters.
The Lord's first question to me will not be
"Did you own a Lexus?"
"Did you have a Petunia Pickle-bottom diaper bag?"
Or "How many times a week did you enjoy steak?"
That being said... we still are responsible to live the best way we can in this world.
We must take care of our family,
make wise financial decisions
and create a safe environment for our children.
We trust in the Lord but, we also are accountable for our actions.
My next few segments are on my actions,
the ones I take... in our family to help us get by the we can on a limited budget.
You may find them helpful, you may find them odd, you may even laugh at what we come up with.
Either way, welcome and read away!
