Our Winter Starts!

We woke up to beautiful falling snow on Saturday morning!
Isabella stood in front of the window jumping up and down so excited,
finally able to build her dream snow man and make snow angels.
The past few days she has put on her hat and gloves, laid upon the floor and practiced making snow angels on the carpet.
So, now the dream was reality.
After playing in the snow a bit, we made the trek into town to pick up food for Sunday.
Snow gathering!

Costco time!

Telling me her gloves are dirty

Dave and Jonathan were putting together their first memorial service.
Firsts are always tough, and memorial services are very tricky to put together.
It came together, folks remembered and said goodbye.
We also had the oppertunity to catch up with some dear friends. Saturday night and enjoyed a nice long visit.
Now, our eyes turn toward Christmas and all that it holds.

There are
Bazaars, choir performances, gifts to be gathered,  cookies to be made and given out,
Church programs, ministry opportunities,
tree to be put up, a parade, family to have over and the joy of the season to be had!
